Mid-winter Dinner Party

I always plan my dinner parties months in advance. I know everyone is very busy and it's simply easier to lock a date in and let my guests know. It was a beautiful evening...luckily no rain in sight!

My winter tartan and Bordallo Pinheiro dinner set were the main focus of my table, along with Ralph Lauren Home crystal glasses. I always think of stemware as jewellery of the dinner table.

On this occasion all of my flowers were white. Beautiful Alaska roses, Hyacinths, and fluffy white Stock. The table was lit by a line of white candles which provided a lovely glow to everyone's faces…yes, we all look a little better by candlelight!

I thoroughly enjoyed creating a warming winter meal for 12 guests.
